Enter and View visits can happen if people tell us there is a problem with a service. They can also occur when services have a good reputation, so we can learn about and share examples of good practices from the perspective of people who experience the service first-hand. Healthwatch Greenwich visited Riverlee Residential and Nursing Home, whcih is in a quiet residential area in West Greenwich, close to Deptford Bridge station, bus stops and local amenities. Communal areas and bedrooms are neat, tidy and well equipped and a good range of activities are offered to keep residents engaged. Read more in the report.
