Clockhouse Community Centre, Defiance Walk, London SE18 5QL
Free

We are hosting a free governance training session for trustees, committee members and senior staff from VCSE organisations on 7th December 09.30-16.00 at Clockhouse Community Centre, Defiance Walk, London SE18 5QL.

This practical day will help participants understand the foundations of good governance, clarify the responsibilities of trustees and strengthen the systems, relationships and decision-making that support an effective and accountable organisation.

Through a combination of practical guidance, discussion and applied activities, participants will explore how boards can work effectively, meet their legal duties, manage risk and maintain appropriate oversight while remaining focused on their organisation’s purpose and impact.

Who should attend?

This training is relevant for trustees, management committee members, chairs, chief executives and senior staff within VCSE organisations who want to develop their understanding of governance or refresh existing knowledge.
