This tool has been created to equip healthcare professionals and community members with the skills and knowledge to deliver effective, culturally sensitive blood pressure checks in South East London.
The tool was co-developed by community members and healthcare professionals from South East London (SEL) and integrates principles of
behavioural science and feedback from community members to ensure its relevance and accessibility. This work is part of a wider programme of hypertension-related activity across South East London. Access the tool here.
