Create is RBG's small arts funding programme for freelancers, creative practitioners, community groups and cultural organisations in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

In 2026, RBG will place particular importance on activities that prioritise young people. You can apply for a grant to run a project that:

  • is free for residents to attend or take part in
  • brings together diverse communities
  • builds partnerships between artists and community groups
  • brings life to public spaces and attracts local audiences
