This report is the culmination of three years of work of the Commission and provides a blueprint for how to tackle poverty in a ground-breaking and concerted way.
The key theme is that any serious attempt to tackle poverty will need to be underpinned by the creation of an agreed and explicit social contract, and that action will be needed from all sectors of society. Download the report here.
