Following the success of our previous session in June, GAVS is hosting another free practical workshop on 15 July on the same topic to help charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and individuals develop strong multi-year funding budgets and improve their chances of securing funding.
The workshop will cover the essential components of a multi-year funding budget, including income, expenditure, management fees, overheads, and core project costs. Participants will also gain hands-on experience in building a simple multi-year budget in Excel using formulas, formatting, and clear financial structures.
