The latest round of the Greenwich Healthier Community Fund is closing soon. There's still time to apply for up to £5,000 for capacity-building and one-off purchases, for up to £5,000 for small projects, and for up to £200,000 for medium to large projects.
Medium and Large awards will be granted only to projects addressing the following themes: improving health outcomes for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, tackling isolation, long-term health conditions, or active healthy living for children and young people.
