Introduction to Domestic Abuse Training

A full-day, face-to-face training designed to strengthen understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on children and parents. It covers recognising abuse and its links to safeguarding, including coercive control, the legal framework, and civil and criminal responses. Participants will build practical skills to identify victims, respond to disclosures, overcome barriers to reporting, and confidently support those affected, with guidance on local support services in Greenwich.
