GAVS is hosting a free practical workshop to help charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and individuals develop strong multi-year funding budgets and improve their chances of securing funding.
The workshop will cover the essential components of a multi-year funding budget, including income, expenditure, management fees, overheads, and core project costs. Participants will also gain hands-on experience in building a simple multi-year budget in Excel using formulas, formatting, and clear financial structures.
This in-person training will take place on 25 June, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm, at Woolwich Front Room. Places are limited, so early registration is recommended. Book your place here.
