Home-Start Greenwich are recruiting for a SEND Practitioners to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring they can access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
