South East London Strategic Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise Strategic Alliance is embedding senior Strategic Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) leaders within South East London NHS Trusts, bringing community insight into the heart of their decision-making and service design.
In South East London, a new way of working between the VCSE Sector and the NHS is being pioneered. Working in partnership with the South East London Integrated Care Board (SELICB), the Alliance have launched the first programme in England that embeds senior VCSE leaders directly within NHS Trusts. Through the VCSE Strategic Leads programme, experienced leaders from local VCSE organisations work within senior strategic and decision‑making spaces across South East London-based NHS Trusts.
