The Young Futures Fund is a new funding opportunity, with grants ranging from £500 to £1,000 to support young people aged 13-21.
Grants are awarded for work that recognises the importance of supporting young people in communities, with a particular focus on their mental health and wellbeing with services that support, educate and empower; connect young people to their peers, support rehabilitation and recovery and provide shelter.
