Training, Culture, and Engagement Officer

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking for a Training, Culture and Engagement officer to join their team to help embed their digital strategy and improve the organisation’s skills.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training that meets the need of the users, in the spirit of human-centred approach. They will also create training resources for different learning needs. They will be collaborating with other team members and other teams and will champion the culture of continuous learning. They will work directly with end-users, HR and other partners across the organisation, providing training, skills and effective support to staff and sometimes to residents as well. Apply here.
