This is the 5th annual report of the learning from lives and deaths for people with a learning disability and autistic people (LeDeR) for South East London Integrated Care System (ICS). This report presents the data gathered from the 54 reviews completed, as well as highlighting local initiatives and projects across South East London. It is important that we continually drive improvement and focus on the learning from LeDeR and embed it into our everyday practices to reduce inequalities and ensure people with a learning disability and autistic people have the best opportunity to live a healthy life.

They can also occur when services have a good reputation, so we can learn about and share examples of good practice from the perspective of people who experience the service first hand. Healthwatch Greenwich conducted an Enter and View report at Arnold House, a two-storey, purpose-built care home located in a busy area of Greenwich. It is close to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and is near public transport, shops, and other amenities.
